Raylene Russell was born and raised in Salt Lake City, where she has witnessed the remarkable growth and transformation of the county over the years. With over 22 years of experience as a real estate professional, Raylene brings a wealth of expertise in customer service, sales, marketing, and contract negotiation.
Raylene truly loves what she does and cares deeply about the clients she works with. When she’s not helping people navigate their real estate journeys, you’ll find her spending time with her kids and grandkids, traveling, camping, enjoying sports, cooking up something delicious, or diving into a good book.

I love energy healing! It is beyond fun for me to assist people and myself in peeling back layers of “blockages of truth,” or “stuck energy,” and beginning to live happier, healthier, and freer lives.
I have been deeply involved in, and committed to, self-healing, helping others heal themselves as well as doing what I can to help heal our planet and all life upon it since the 1970’s.
Through the years, I have learned many tools to assist me in accomplishing these goals; To name a few: Quantum Touch®, many Forgiveness tools, working with Ascended Masters, Violet Fire, Chakra clearing and harmonizing, doing “detective work” to find where the original core issue first showed up in the person’s life, (past life, generational, current life) and then applying the energy healing tools that will help the person feel safe enough to release the stress and trauma of that wound, and thus restore their lives back to authentic expression of self… which I call “happy”.
My desire, in serving you, is to lovingly and gently do all I can to help you bring “happy” back to as many aspects to your life as you want. I also teach these tools.

Melody has many years of extensive experience in the computer industry as a network and database administrator, SharePoint developer, and computer software trainer. Melody helps organize the team and manages administrative tasks for Joan.

Madison has been bringing brands to life through design for the past three years, specializing in logos, branding, and websites for both start-ups and established businesses. Based in Salt Lake City, Utah, she balances her passion for creativity with the adventure of raising three amazing boys. Her goal? To craft designs that make a lasting impression and help businesses stand out. 

Jenny Kernan is a Biofeedback Therapist trained in Quantum Biofeedback for the EPFX/SCIO through IQUIM.org. Where she obtained her Basic, Intermediate and Advanced Training Certificates via the Biofeedback Practitioner Program. With Quantum BioFeedback you will retrain your body using stress reduction & stress management for a new sense of wellness.

Stephanie Robles is a BMI registered songwriter and the lead singer for - The Good Fun Band, Tricky Sweet, and The Jeff N Steff Acoustic Duo. She recently relocated to Oceanside and looks forward to performing locally where there are many live music venues to engage with.
