  • Session Duration: Sessions typically last between 45 minutes to an hour, allowing ample time for deep healing and transformation.

 

  • How Many Sessions Are Recommended? While many people feel shifts after just one session, I recommend four sessions in close succession for the most effective results. Some individuals may also benefit from ongoing work, depending on their personal goals and healing journey.
